DB Designer Common Issues

I Cannot Access

Check session, bridge from MainApp_DEMO, credentials, and DB Designer backend availability.

I Am Asked for a Password on First Access

This is normal when the user must be created or linked in the data system. Complete the password setup screen.

I Do Not See Bases or Tables

Check selected base, permissions, and NocoDB connection.

A Change Is Not Saved

Check session, data type, required fields, and table error messages.

Import Failed

Check file format, headers, empty rows, CSV separator, and file size.

Connection Is Invalid

Check host, port, database, username, password, and reachability of the external database.

Data Source Does Not Appear

Refresh the base and check that the selected connection was saved correctly.
