Roles and Access
Access to AYCC Pack tools depends on the user session and assigned roles.
Entry Point
The recommended entry point is MainApp_DEMO. From there, users open the tools available in the sidebar.
User Session
After login, MainApp_DEMO stores session tokens and user data in the browser. When the user opens Builder or DB Designer through the bridge, the tool receives the context needed to complete access.
Main Roles
| Role or profile | What it can do |
|---|---|
| Administrator | Manages settings, users, roles, and admin areas |
| Builder manager | Manages Builder projects and advanced features |
| Builder user | Uses Builder on authorized projects |
| Project collaborator | Works on shared projects |
| Standard user | Accesses authorized dashboards, profile, and workspaces |
Sidebar Visibility
Some entries are not always visible. Builder, for example, is shown only when the user has a compatible role or administrator permissions.
Guest Access
Form Builder includes a guest-login path, but it should be used only when enabled for the project. Guest access may have reduced permissions and should not be used for final edits.
First Access and Onboarding
A new user may be sent to onboarding. Complete the required steps before starting work.
Password, Reset, and Magic Link
If you forget your password, use password reset from the login page. If magic link is available, you can receive a temporary login link by email.
Reset and magic links expire. If a link does not work, request a new one instead of reusing the old link.
Admin Checklist
Before handing an account to a user, check email, username, roles, language, workspace access, Builder access when needed, and DB Designer access when needed.
