Fields and Rows

Fields define the table structure. Rows contain the data.

Add a Field​

Open the table

Select the table to edit.

Use the new field menu

Choose the most suitable field type.

Configure the field

Set name, options, default values, and available validations.

Edit Rows​

You can edit cells directly in the table. After editing, check for error messages or save indicators.

Data Types​

Choose the most consistent type: text for descriptions, number for calculable values, date for deadlines, boolean for yes/no values, JSON for structured data.

Fields used by Builder

If a field is already connected to a form, avoid renaming it without coordination.
