Login Failed

Check credentials, account status, and temporary lockouts. Use password reset if needed.

I Do Not See Builder or DB Designer

Check roles. Tool visibility depends on assigned permissions.

Language Does Not Change

Log out and back in. If the issue remains, ask someone to check the saved profile preferences.

Logo Does Not Update

Refresh the page, check file format and size, and confirm that you have administrator privileges.

Request a new link. Temporary links can expire or be already used.

Builder Window Does Not Open

Allow browser popups and check that the Builder service is running.
